INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- Herbamare (or salt and pepper), to taste
- Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- Slice the halved cucumber into thin slices.
- Add mayo and dill and mix well.
- Add Herbamare (or salt and pepper) to taste and mix well.
- Chill for 20-30 minutes in the fridge for maximum flavor.
